The basic idea was to develop an innovative driven Enterprise which can accommodate all the ideas of sustainable solutions for existing and future adversities\/requirements of environment. Continuous development is posing various new issues and challenges to the community such as availability of safe drinking water, disposal and reuse of water, environment protection and sanitation etc. These new challenges can be addressed with innovative thinking and use of sustainable &amp; latest technology. Taking the challenge by considering it an opportunity, both the promoters entered into this venture in year 2011. Pvt. Ltd. is registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and also registered with Direct and Indirect Taxes departments including GST.
